Returns

  • General policy: Any award product purchased within the current year that is found to be defective may be returned for a refund or credit.  Please send the defective items to the Camp Archery Association, 42 Lutheran Drive, Nashua, NH 03063.  Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice with a notation, or separate note, explaining why the product is being returned. Please indicate whether you wish to receive a credit or refund. If you wish a refund of a check payment, please indicate the name and address of the person to receive the refund.  Also include the address to which replacement awards, if any,  should be sent and the name and address of the person to refunds by check should sent.

  • Returns of overstocked or obsolete awards: These may be made at the sole discretion of the Camp Archery Association and will be handled on a case by case basis.  Please contact us by phone or email. 

  • How refunds will be made: Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment i.e. credit card orders will have refunds made to the original credit card.  Items ordered by check will have checks sent to the source of the original check.

  • Costs of shipment of returns: In the event of returns and replacement of defective merchandise, the Camp Archery Association will pay for postage in both directions.  Costs of shipping the for return of overstocked or obsolete awards will be paid by the owner.
